Don't Do It Divas!

Wow....Um.... Excuse me
Please let us take a moment of silence for the take on innovation that is taking place in this industry. The Good and in PARTICULARLY The Bad. If this is what they are bringing to the table then let me grab my doggy bag because I can't feed into some of this music much longer....sigh....

BUTTTT Let's Start on a G -double O- D good note!

Finally! A chic in the game who can ACTUALLY sing and who doesn't dress in clown clothing like some female artists. Plus she's a good performer.

If you didn't know Melanie Fiona, now you do.
********************************************************************************

and Now....the Bad! I don't like to be negative. BuT this right here is Ridiculous!

Beyonce Beyonce Beyonce.
Honey what in the world are you doing?
If I hear one more song from her that sounds the same!! No more Get me Bodied beats that sound like Single Ladies beats that sound like every other uptempo beat she performs!! And please No more Sasha Fierce  and for the love of all mankind NO MORE ACTING!! I love Beyonce as a performer and songstress. And that is it.
so can somebody please explain to me how you take a good concept of using Lady GAGA in your video and it comes out looking like hot garbage on a rainy day...I'm just saying
**********************************************************************************

AND Rihanna! Honey! The Wait is Not Over Baby! If anything we are waiting on you to fix your hair..smh...
What is going on with this Hip Punk Rocker Look. Please Try Again. This is not an upgrade from UMBRELLA Ri-Ri!

Okay. I've never been a die heart fan of Alicia Keys. I'm not even going to talk about her perceived "home-wrecker" status. Let's speak on these vocals.

It sounds a bit strained. Like she needs a swig of lemon juice or something. Shoulda let Empire State of Mind ride out a little longer. Because right now her voice doesn't mean anything.....

Sounds in Sites

Hello My Music Lovers.
How do I know what's hot in the streets?
Well it's a combination of my ears and a few websites.
I will share with you....hopefully you will share with me :)

This site has everything from promotions, tracks, to videos. It is updated regularly-At least every other day if not more. Check it out.

Basically, this site is updated with the latest in hiphop, r&b, and reggae. Like for real I 100% recommend this site. This is where you need to be! Also, users can submit their songs and one user submitted song will be posted as the "user submitted song of the day". So a good way to get out there and be heard.

O.K. So I bet you're thinking "youtube...hot new music...4real?" Yes baby! hot new music. I mean most people on you-tube are not Grammy nominated artist, but they've got REAL vocals. Whenever I want to really hear someone "sAng" youtube is my place of refuge. Here's a few......

Im a FAN-tasia!!!

 Fantasia.

Fantastic. Phenomenal.
I can always revisit her music. Time and time again. Her sound is undeniably meant not just for the feet or ears, but the soul.

fantasia

Fantasia Personal Quote
"I like to go to the ocean and see the miracles that God has created. It reminds me of His power. He can do anything, like pulling me up from where I came, taking me through what I have been through, and bringing me to this point -- the point where I prayed to be my whole life. " - Fantasia, in her book, Life is Not a Fairy Tale

Basically, I took a look at my blog and thought it was a little all over the place(nothing really wrong with that), but I decided to take a shot at love...for music
